Concert: MOA PILLAR (RU) after the Music Video

 

Fedor Pereverzev (aka Moa Pillar) is the prodigal son of Russian electronics. Whilst drawing on authentic folk and tribal music, he is equally inspired by the forward-thinking electronica and pounding dark techno as well as sound art. In 2011 he debuted with an excellent EP Hunting. Last year Fedor released as thick as stone album Humanity and the term spiritual bass techno he invented, officially became a thing. Fedor works as a sound engineer, which translates into exceptional skills in shaping sounds and music productions (he produced a debut EP for Lovozero, one of the most talked-about Russian records in 2015). A stunning documentary film about Moa Pillar’s trip to the Caucasus (Bonfires and Stars) is entering its festival phase right now.
