14-year-old Szymon lives in a seaside village. The boy is experiencing one of the most turbulent stages in his life – puberty. He spends his holidays traveling with his finger across a globe, looking for a safari, walking on the beach or meeting his friends. The boy’s monotonous life is being disrupted by an unexpected visit from his childhood friend. From that moment on, the boy develops the need to explore his sexuality. Seemingly ordinary meeting on a cliff turns into his first summer romance.

During the journey, we look not only at their difficult and painful relationship, but also at how it is changing.

When Mikołaj discovers that one of the villagers has destroyed the farm’s wooden fence, he begins obsessively repairing it. But is the fence any protection for a relationship transplanted into a hostile environment?

A peaceful demonstration in Minsk is brutally pacified by the militia. Journalists from the independent Belarusian television are the only ones broadcasting the events. When they are targeted by a police drone, they are faced with a dramatic choice. The story is inspired by the true story of Katerina Bakhvalova and Daria Chultsova of Belsat TV.
