This is the third time that ŻUBROFFKA invites you to enjoy an especially delicious cinematographic tidbit!

As part of “Eastern Pleasures” we will serve potatoes, an (inter)national dish which, on the field of a certain Latvian connoisseur, will become intergalactic. In a different place, a provincial Russian bar, people who love to have a good time will put on their Sunday best, forget about the gray reality of working in a factory, enjoy sushi and dream about conquering the hearts of local beauties. Everyone wants to have a beautiful life and strawberries from Poland taste best with freely flowing champagne. It can all happen if a nineteen-year-old Hubert becomes a disco polo star but, for now, he has to be content playing with his father and at local festivals. Let’s not forget, however, that most important in life is making friends and that it can sometimes happen, as it has in one of these films, through sharing a compartment in a train going from Prague to Budapest, some plum brandy, rural delicacies and midnight talks in Czech.

The East is a constellation! With us you’ll discover its planets! And all of them are full of life.
