Exhibition – Marcin Nagraba: Pagan Poetry

Pagan Poetry is a series of portraits which Marcin Nagraba has worked on in the past few years, collaborating with the costume designer Agnieszka Osipa.
The photos are inspired by Slavic customs and culture, though – as the artist points out – it is rather a loose inspiration. In his works there are many hidden symbols, the discovery of which gives the audiences a lot of satisfaction and allows to trigger their imagination.
Many of the photos show the artist’s mother, which is very special to him, very personal.

Marcin Nagraba – Polish photographer, graphic designer and visual artist. He was born in 1992, and lives in Warsaw but he’d rather live on the moon. He loves deer.
