Record of entries for ŻUBROFFKA. Last year’s festival trailer awarded!

We are pleased to inform you that this year’s edition of the ŻUBROFFKA International Short Film Festival has received a record number of submissions – as many as 3,500!

We are also pleased to inform you that last year’s festival trailer by Michał Socha (BrosFX) won in the Short Film category at the Polish Graphic Design Awards 2019!

The call for entries lasted from March 23 to July 1.
This year’s 15th edition of the ŻUBROFFKA ISFF is planned for December 2-6, 2020.

The festival’s selectors will choose the finalists from the submitted films for Polish (Fiction.pl, Animation.pl and Documentary.pl) and international (Eastward Window, Whole Wide World) competitions and competitions with an open formula for Polish and foreign artists (Kids, Music Video and On the Edge).

The films will compete for the festival’s Grand Prix, main prizes and honourable mentions in each category, special prizes for the best animation, documentary, feature, cinematography and music, and for the audience award – the Wild Bison! Polish and foreign journalists also give their awards.

In addition to film screenings from around the world, the festival program will also traditionally include exhibitions, concerts, film breakfasts, master classes and meetings.
